Filters for brewing industry

Our filter range for the Brewing Industry is dedicated to achieve the following goals

Our filters will cover the requirements from trap filtration to the latest development of Beer Cold Sterilization with membrane filters.
Frequent CIP, backwashing, hot water sanitization, caustic soda cleaning are considered standard procedures in the Brewing Industry where our filters are used without any issue.

The main filters in this range are:

• PEPLYN family of filters (PHD, PHA codes)
  The PEPLYN range of filters from Parker domnick hunter utilizes a graded density polypropylene depth media providing high dirt holding capacity with high flow rates They have developed to be used as trap filters which is the first filtration stage after the beer fermentator and DE filtration.

• PREPOR family of filters (PPP,PNG codes)
  A superior level of microbial retention combined with efficient colloidal reduction protects the service life of the BEVPOR, final membrane filters. Their retention efficiency has been validated against microorganisms which are commonly found and must be removed from the beer.

• BEVPOR family of filters (BPS,BPH codes)
  The BEVPOR PES range of filters from Parker domnick hunter ensures the microbial stability of beer, whilst protecting the organoleptic quality of the brew. They have been validated against typical beer spoilage organisms an they are typically used in the range of 0,45 to 0,65μm. Combined with easy integrity testing, the filters ensure the effective microbial stabilization of beer
